The North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Tyngsborough Tigers (Tyngsborough, MA), 16-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, North Middlesex Regional upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Patriots host Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA) to battle the Chieftains in a Midland-Wachusett B game on Tuesday, May 3. The Chieftains enter the game with a record of 9-0. Nashoba Regional won 14-8 in their recent non-league game against Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA)

The Tigers (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Bedford (Bedford, MA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Bedford was overwhelmed by Westford Academy (Westford, MA), 11-3, in a league game.
