In Saturday's non-league contest, the Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) softball team overwhelmed the host Notre Dame Academy Eagles (Toledo, OH), by a margin of 15-0.
With the triumph, Archbishop Hoban moves its record to 14-5 on the year. The Knights host Lake (Uniontown, OH) to play the Blue Streaks in a non-league contest on Monday, May 2. The Blue Streaks come into the contest with a record of 4-2.
