The Bishop Kearney Kings softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Heuvelton Central Bulldogs to 5 in the Kings non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Bishop Kearney improves its record to 3-4 on the year. The Kings travel to Sandy Creek (Sandy Creek, NY) to clash with the Comets in a non-league game on Saturday, April 30. The Comets come into the game with a record of 4-0.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Edwards-Knox Cougars (Russell, NY) in a Section 10 West game, on Tuesday, May 3. Heuvelton Central will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 19-4 league win over Lisbon Central (Lisbon, NY).
