In Saturday's non-league contest, the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs (Carroll, OH) softball team the visiting Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH), by a margin of 6-4.
With the triumph, Bloom-Carroll moves its record to 12-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Logan Elm (Circleville, OH) to play the Braves in a Mid-State - Buckeye contest on Monday, May 2. The Braves come into the contest with a record of 7-6. Logan Elm won 10-4 in their recent league contest against Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH)
In their next game, the Generals play the River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH) in a Muskingum Valley contest, on Monday, May 2. Sheridan will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record.
