The Wynford Royals softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Galion Tigers to 9 in the Royals non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Wynford moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Royals travel to Seneca East (Attica, OH) to play the Tigers in a Northern 10 game on Monday, May 2. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 0-6.

In their next game, the Tigers play the Pleasant Spartans (Marion, OH) in a Mid Ohio Athletic game, on Monday, May 2. Galion will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 0-14 record after their 2-1 league loss to River Valley (Caledonia, OH).
