Indiana High School Softball - Union City bounces Mississinawa Valley

The Union City Indians (Union City, IN) softball the visiting Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks (Union City, OH), 12-8 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Indians (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against Tri-Village (New Madison, OH). The Patriots go into the non-league bout with a 4-11 record. In their last bout, Tri-Village was routed by Franklin Monroe (Pitsburg, OH), 8-2, in a league bout.

The Blackhawks now possess a 0-10 record. They play next when they host Randolph Southern for a non-league bout on Monday, May 2. Mississinawa Valley will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 16-3 league loss to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 0-9.
