The New Holstein Huskies softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Waupun Warriors to 9 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, New Holstein moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Huskies travel to Brillion (Brillion, WI) to clash with the Lions in a Eastern Wisconsin game on Tuesday, May 3. The Lions come into the game with a record of 5-5. Brillion lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Two Rivers (Two Rivers, WI)

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers (Jackson, WI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 3. Waupun will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 5-2 record after their 6-2 league loss to Winneconne (Winneconne, WI).
