Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Noblesville Millers (Noblesville, IN) and the visiting Plainfield Quakers (Plainfield, IN), witnessed Noblesville's softball squad prevail over Plainfield by a count of 11-1.

The Millers now sport a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Mt. Vernon for a non-league match on Monday, May 2. Noblesville will face a Marauders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN). The Marauders record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Plainfield moves to 6-9 on the season. The Quakers host Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Falcons in a Mid-State match on Tuesday, May 3. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 10-7. Perry Meridian won 13-2 in their recent non-league match against Pike (Indianapolis, IN)
