The Bishop Watterson Eagles baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Central Crossing Comets to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles (16-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Charles (Columbus, OH). The Cardinals go into the Central Catholic match with a 11-8 record. In their last match, St. Charles edged Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH), 4-1, in a league match.
The Comets (4-17) will now prepare for their match against Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH). The Raiders go into the Ohio Capital - Buckeye match with a 7-9 record. In their last match, Reynoldsburg was overwhelmed by Lancaster (Lancaster, OH), 4-2, in a league match.
