California High School Baseball - Bolsa Grande defeats Rio Hondo Prep

April 30, 2024: Arcadia, CA 91066

Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Rio Hondo Prep Kares (Arcadia, CA), 9-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bolsa Grande upgrades its record to 14-10 on the season. The Matadors travel to New Roads (Santa Monica, CA) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league test on Thursday, May 2. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 11-7. New Roads lost 8-2 in their recent non-league test against Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA)

With the defeat, Rio Hondo Prep falls to 11-9 on the season.
