The Start Spartans baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Delta Panthers to 1 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Lima Senior (Lima, OH). The Spartans go into the Toledo City match with a 4-10 record. In their last match, Lima Senior gained a win over Bowsher (Toledo, OH), 7-2, in a league match.
The Panthers (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Pettisville (Pettisville, OH). The Blackbirds go into the non-league match with a 1-7 record. In their last match, Pettisville was overwhelmed by Hilltop (West Unity, OH), 10-0, in a league match.
