In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Babylon Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 victory over the Center Moriches Red Devils.
The Panthers now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hampton Bays for a Section 11 II test on Saturday, May 4. Babylon will face a Baymen squad coming off a 15-13 league loss to East Hampton-Bridgehampton-Pierson (East Hampton, NY). The Baymen record now stands at 0-11.
In their next game, the Red Devils face the Harborfields Tornadoes (Greenlawn, NY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 2. Center Moriches will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Tornadoes come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 9-6 league loss to Mount Sinai (Mount Sinai, NY).
