West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Wheeling Park drops to Morgantown

April 30, 2024: Wheeling, WV 26003

In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Morgantown Mohigans lacrosse squad scored a good 12-3 victory over the Wheeling Park Patriots.

The Mohigans now have a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they host University for a WVSLA -DI East test on Friday, May 3. Morgantown will face a Hawks squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV). The Hawks record now stands at 11-1.

In their next game, the Patriots face the George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV) in a WVSLA -DI West test, on Thursday, May 2. Wheeling Park will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 10-2 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV).
