The Adrian Blackhawks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Lakeland Vikings to 0 in the Blackhawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Adrian moves its record to 14-8 on the year. The Blackhawks travel to Sweet Springs (Sweet Springs, MO) to clash with the Greyhounds in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 1. The Greyhounds come into the game with a record of 14-6.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Northwest Mustangs (Hughesville, MO) in a Class 1 District 7 game, on Thursday, May 2. Lakeland will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record.
