The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Triton Cobras to 2 in the Awesome Blossoms non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Blooming Prairie moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Awesome Blossoms travel to United South Central (Wells, MN) to clash with the Rebels in a Gopher game on Thursday, May 2. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 10-1.

In their next game, the Cobras clash with the Hayfield Vikings (Hayfield, MN) in a Hiawatha Valley game, on Thursday, May 2. Triton will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 6-5 record after their 23-2 non-league loss to Randolph (Randolph, MN).
