Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Titans now own a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they host Forest Park for a Pocket challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Gibson Southern will face a Rangers squad coming off a 15-10 league loss to Tell City (Tell City, IN). The Rangers record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Wood Memorial falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Southridge (Huntingburg, IN) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 10-4. Southridge lost 6-2 in their recent league challenge against North Posey (Poseyville, IN)
