The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the West Jefferson Roughriders (West Jefferson, OH) and the host Greenon Knights (Springfield, OH), saw West Jefferson's softball squad achieve victory over Greenon by a count of 16-5.

The Roughriders now sport a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olentangy Liberty for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 1.

With the loss, Greenon falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Southeastern Local (South Charleston, OH) to face the Trojans in a Ohio Heritage South match on Wednesday, May 1.
