The Salem Blue Devils routed the visiting Merrimack Tomahawks softball squad by a final score of 12-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Blue Devils (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH). The Warriors go into the Division I battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Winnacunnet topped Spaulding (Rochester, NH), 8-4, in a league battle.

The Tomahawks now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Bedford for a Division I battle on Wednesday, May 1. Merrimack will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 18-2 league loss to Salem (Salem, NH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-6.
