The Wilby Wildcats softball team (Waterbury, CT), was routed 24-0 in Tuesday's non-league test with the visiting Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT)

Coming up next, the Chiefs clash with the Shepaug Valley Spartans (Washington, CT) in a Berkshire test, on Wednesday, May 1. Nonnewaug will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 10-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to New Milford (New Milford, CT).

The Wildcats (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Crosby (Waterbury, CT). The Bulldogs come into the Naugatuck Valley - Brass test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Crosby was routed by St. Paul Catholic (Bristol, CT), 20-0, in a league test.
