Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Titans now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastern for a Hoosier Heartland challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Taylor will face a Comets squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Caston (Fulton, IN). The Comets record now stands at 7-6.

With the defeat, Tri-Central drops to 1-5 on the year. The Trojans host Eastern (Greentown, IN) to play the Comets in a Hoosier Heartland contest on Thursday, May 2. The Comets come into the contest with a record of 8-6. Eastern won 8-3 in their recent league contest against Taylor (Kokomo, IN)
