The Berkley Bears (Berkley, MI) baseball the host Athens Red Hawks (Troy, MI), 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Bears now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Our Lady of the Lakes for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3.

With the defeat, Athens drops to 4-8 on the year. The Red hawks host Oxford (Oxford, MI) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Oxford won 8-5 in their recent league challenge against Clarkston (Clarkston, MI)
