In Wednesday's non-league bout, the St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees (Newark, NJ) baseball squad overwhelmed the host East Side Red Raiders (Newark, NJ), by a tally of 9-3.
Next up, the Gray Bees encounter the Westfield Blue Devils (Westfield, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 1. St. Benedict's Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 8-4 record after their 12-0 league loss to Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ).
The Red Raiders (8-4) will now prepare for their bout against Irvington (Irvington, NJ). The Blue Knights enter the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
