In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Patuxent Panthers baseball team scored a nice 15-2 victory over the St. Charles .
The Panthers (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Lackey (Indian Head, MD). The Chargers enter the Southern Maryland game with a 6-9 record. In their last game, Lackey was overwhelmed by McDonough (Pomfret, MD), 8-1, in a league game.
Next, the face the North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland game, on Thursday, May 1. St. Charles will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 9-6 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD).
