Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE), 21-5 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Indian River improves its record to 8-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Dover (Dover, DE) to play the Senators in a non-league game on Friday, May 2. The Senators come into the game with a record of 2-8.

The Panthers now have a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smyrna for a Henlopen North game on Friday, May 2. Polytech will play a Eagles team coming off a 13-12 non-league win over St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.
