The Gaylord Blue Devils (Gaylord, MI) baseball trounced the visiting Traverse City West Titans (Traverse City, MI), 11-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Traverse City Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6.
With the defeat, Traverse City West drops to 1-1 on the year. The Titans host Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Big Rapids won 18-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Reed City (Reed City, MI)
