Illinois High School Lacrosse - Normal Community drops to Andrew

The Andrew Thunderbolts triumphed over the visiting Normal Community Ironmen lacrosse team by a tally of 12-6 in Wednesday's league match.

Next up, the Thunderbolts confront the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, May 1. Andrew will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 9-3 record after their 24-7 non-league win over Marist (Chicago, IL).

The Ironmen (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Lemont HS come into the South Suburban match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Lemont was overwhelmed by Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL), 7-3, in a league match.
