In Wednesday's non-league test, the Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Donovan Catholic Griffins (Toms River, NJ), by a count of 10-2.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Southern Regional Rams (Manahawkin, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 2. Middletown South will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Rams enter the test with a 7-4 record after their 13-6 non-league win over Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ).

The Griffins (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Toms River East (Toms River, NJ). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Toms River East topped Middletown North (Middletown, NJ), 17-5, in a league test.
