The South River Seahawks the visiting Northern Patriots lacrosse team by a tally of 9-6 in Wednesday's non-league match.
Next up, the Seahawks confront the Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) in a Freelance match, on Friday, May 2. South River will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record.
The Patriots (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD). The Cavaliers enter the Southern Maryland match with a 7-2 record.
