The Riverbend Bears held off the host Orange County Fighting Hornets soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next, the Bears clash with the North Stafford Wolverines (Stafford, VA) in a Commonwealth game, on Friday, May 2. Riverbend will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Wolverines come into the game with a 2-5 record after their 2-2 league Brooke Point (Stafford, VA).
