The Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush KNIGHTS softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Swenson Arts & Tech Lion to 9 in the KNIGHTS league win on Wednesday.

The KNIGHTS now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abraham Lincoln for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 8. Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush will confront a Railsplitters team coming off a 19-9 non-league win over Girard Academic Music Program (Philadelphia, PA). The Railsplitters record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Swenson Arts & Tech moves to 1-13 on the season. The Lion host Overbrook (Philadelphia, PA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 8-0. Overbrook won 15-5 in their recent non-league battle against Roxborough (Philadelphia, PA)
