The Bernstein Dragons the visiting Orthopaedic Vipers softball squad by a count of 10-8 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Dragons meet the Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a Central challenge, on Thursday, May 1. Bernstein will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 21-16 league loss to Contreras (Los Angeles, CA).
The Vipers (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Animo Bunche (Los Angeles, CA). The Stallions go into the Freeway challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Animo Bunche by USC-MAE (Los Angeles, CA), 27-8, in a league challenge.
