Fans at Wednesday's non-league outing between the Concord-Carlisle Patriots (Concord, MA) and the visiting Waltham Hawks (Waltham, MA), witnessed Concord-Carlisle's softball team overcome Waltham by a margin of 15-0.
The Patriots now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln-Sudbury for a Dual County Large outing on Tuesday, May 6.
With the loss, Waltham moves to 4-5 on the season. The Hawks host Cambridge Rindge & Latin (Cambridge, MA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league outing on Friday, May 2. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 0-6.
