California High School Softball - Oakmont bounces Cordova

April 30, 2025: Roseville, CA 95661

The Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) softball routed the visiting Cordova Lancers (Rancho Cordova, CA), 12-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Vikings now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a Pioneer Valley League outing on Thursday, May 1. Oakmont will encounter a Fighting Zebras team coming off a 21-2 league win over Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 8-17.

With the loss, Cordova moves to 5-10 on the season. The Lancers host Antelope (Antelope, CA) to encounter the Titans in a Metropolitan Conference outing on Thursday, May 1. The Titans come into the outing with a record of 6-8. Antelope lost 4-2 in their recent league outing against West Park (Roseville, CA)
