With the triumph, Immaculate advances its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Newtown (Newtown, CT) to clash with the Nighthawks in a Southwest - Colonial bout on Friday, May 2. The Nighthawks go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Newtown won 9-0 in their recent league bout against New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the O'Brien RVT Condors (Ansonia, CT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 1. Pomperaug will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Condors go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 15-3 league win over Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT).
