Pennsylvania High School Softball - Minersville knocked off by Pottsville

April 30, 2025: Pottsville, PA 17901

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Minersville Battlin' Miners (Minersville, PA), by a tally of 14-4.

Next, the Crimson Tide meet the Blue Mountain Eagles (Schuylkill Haven, PA) in a Schuylkill I test, on Thursday, May 1. Pottsville will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 11-5 record after their 4-3 league loss to Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA).

The Battlin' Miners (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Shenandoah Valley (Shenandoah, PA). The Blue Devils go into the Schuylkill II test with a 3-12 record.
