In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Pequannock Golden Panthers softball team scored a nice 13-2 win over the North Bergen Bruins.
The Golden Panthers (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Montville (Montville, NJ). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 10-2 record. In their last match, Montville notched a victory over Morristown (Morristown, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Bruins battle the Union City Soaring Eagles (Union City, NJ) in a HCIAL - American match, on Thursday, May 1. North Bergen will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Soaring Eagles come into the match with a 4-11 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Whippany Park (Whippany, NJ).
