North Carolina High School Baseball - Patton tipped by Burns

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Burns Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Patton Panthers.

The Bulldogs (11-1) will now prepare for their game against Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC). The Rams go into the Southern Piedmont 1A/2A game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Highland Tech by East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC), 8-2, in a league game.

The Panthers (3-8) will now prepare for their game against R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC). The Hilltoppers go into the Mountain Foothills Seven 2A game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, R-S Central by McDowell (Marion, NC), 3-2, in a non-league game.
