Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 6. Eastside will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC).
The Warriors now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wade Hampton for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 6. Riverside will confront a Generals team coming off a 6-0 league win over Spartanburg (Spartanburg, SC). The Generals record now stands at 1-0.
