The Halifax Academy Vikings soccer team (Roanoke Rapids, NC), was overwhelmed 6-0 in Monday's non-league outing with the host Pungo Christian Academy Raiders (Belhaven, NC)
The Raiders (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC). The Colts go into the NCISAA Tarheel game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Albemarle School was overwhelmed by Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC), 5-0, in a non-league game.
The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Kerr-Vance Academy (Henderson, NC). The Spartans go into the NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Kerr-Vance Academy was overwhelmed by Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC), 10-1, in a league game.
