In Monday's non-league test, the host Bishop Fenwick Crusaders lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Bedford Buccaneers.
The Crusaders now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's for a Catholic Central battle on Wednesday, April 6. Bishop Fenwick will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 16-6 league loss to Austin Prep (Reading, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Buccaneers clash with the Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA) in a Dual County battle, on Thursday, April 7. Bedford will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
