The Citronelle Wildcats (Citronelle, AL) softball routed the visiting Chickasaw Chieftains (Chickasaw, AL), 15-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Saraland (Saraland, AL). The Spartans go into the 6A Area 1 bout with a 9-11 record. In their last bout, Saraland notched a victory over Citronelle (Citronelle, AL), 17-0, in a league bout.
The Chieftains now possess a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Rain for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 5. Chickasaw will confront a Red Raiders squad coming off a 20-3 league loss to LeFlore (Mobile, AL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-5.
