The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Cimarron Bluejays (Cimarron, KS) and the host Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS), saw Cimarron's softball squad achieve victory over Stanton County by a count of 23-6.
The Bluejays now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Ulysses for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 5. Cimarron will face a Tigers squad coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Lakin (Lakin, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Stanton County falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Colby (Colby, KS) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, April 7. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 1-2.
