The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Fairhope Pirates (Fairhope, AL) and the visiting Male Bulldogs (Louisville, KY), saw Fairhope's softball squad achieve victory over Male by a count of 12-4.

The Pirates now sport a 26-2 record. They take the field next when they host Daphne for a 7A Area 2 match on Tuesday, April 12.

With the loss, Male falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Boyle County (Danville, KY) to face the Rebels in a non-league match on Saturday, April 9. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 3-2. Boyle County won 7-6 in their recent non-league match against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY)
