The Butler Aviators crushed the visiting Herndon Hornets baseball team by a tally of 13-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Aviators now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boyd County for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 6. Butler will face a Lions team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY). The Lions record now stands at 7-2.
Next, the Hornets face the Middlesboro Yellowjackets (Middlesboro, KY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 5. Herndon will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Pineville (Pineville, KY).
