New Mexico High School Baseball - Espanola Valley loses to West Las Vegas

The Espanola Valley Sundevils baseball team (Espanola, NM), was overwhelmed 7-2 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM)

The Dons now hold a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portales for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 6. West Las Vegas will confront a Rams team coming off a 15-1 non-league win over Texico (Texico, NM). The Rams record now stands at 7-6.

Next, the Sundevils confront the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a 4A District 2 outing, on Saturday, April 8. Espanola Valley will attempt to advance on its 3-10 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 4-9 record after their 10-6 league loss to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM).
