The Madison Cubs crushed the visiting Greensburg Pirates baseball team by a count of 15-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cubs now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwestern for a non-league bout on Friday, April 7. Madison will face a Rebels team coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 0-3.
Next, the Pirates face the Lawrenceburg Tigers (Lawrenceburg, IN) in a Eastern Indiana bout, on Thursday, April 6. Greensburg will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Milan (Milan, IN).
