The Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the host North Star Cougars to 0 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hilltoppers (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Windber (Windber, PA). The Ramblers go into the non-league match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Windber edged Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA). The Vikings go into the Western Pennsylvania match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Blacklick Valley by Harmony Area (Westover, PA), 6-5, in a non-league match.
