The Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Canyon del Oro Dorados to 1 in the Nighthawks non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Nighthawks now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tucson High Magnet School for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 12.

The Dorados (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Pueblo (Tucson, AZ). The Warriors enter the game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Pueblo was nudged by Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ), 2-0, in a league game.
