East Islip Redmen (Islip Terrace, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Port Jefferson Royals (Port Jefferson, NY), 16-2 in a league test.

The Redmen now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Babylon for a non-league test on Monday, April 10. East Islip will face a Panthers squad coming off a 19-2 league win over Hauppauge (Hauppauge, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-0.

In their next game, the Royals face the Center Moriches Red Devils (Center Moriches, NY) in a Section 11 II test, on Monday, May 1. Port Jefferson will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
