The St. Augustine Saints baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting La Jolla Country Day Torreys to 3 in the Saints non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Saints (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA). The Titans go into the non-league match with a 10-1 record. In their last match, Eastlake tipped Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA), 7-1, in a non-league match.
The Torreys (0-11) will now prepare for their match against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers go into the non-league match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Grossmont was overwhelmed by Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA), 7-1, in a non-league match.
